Honestly though, you are totally correct. But sometimes words means nothing compare to actions.
When I was little, my parents always told us to apologize even in small mistakes, but then as time goes on they realize that only "sorry" isn't doing the job, they told us to include "I'm" to it, "I'm sorry" But frankly, it was to my realization back then that words means nothing compare to actions.
If we truly mean that we are sorry, it should reflect in our actions rather than saying "sorry."
